I used to think the same - it seems logical: if triangular aircraft exist and they’re secret, then everything sort of fits.
But if you look closely at the Belgian flap, it goes way overboard into "soft sci-fi." At the very least, these things are not airplanes, because airplanes follow aerodynamic laws. These objects don’t fly - they just move, with any acceleration, any speed, and any deceleration, with no sound and no sign of propulsion.
